To request cancellation of a booking made with an Online Travel Agent (OTA), such as Airbnb or VRBO, it is important that you contact the applicable Online Travel Agent you booked with to request cancellation with your direct host.

For all bookings made directly with Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, the cancellation policy is as follows:


Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive a full refund. After that (unless stated otherwise in the home description and unit-specific terms), any monies paid become non-refundable. For all bookings made on gcvacationrentals.com, the cancellation policy is as follows:


Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation made as a result of an error, omission or other unforeseen circumstances. This includes verbal, written or website errors which may affect the price, availability or type of property rented.


If the length of stay is allowed to be reduced from the original dates at Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals’ discretion, the cancellation policy will apply to the nights that have been cancelled. The minimum night’s stay requirement at the time of booking must be met at all times. Rental nights cannot be cancelled if they reduce the total number of nights stay below this minimum.
