Nasty and rude Positive: It was disgusting. An ant infestation that I now have in my vehicle and my home. Clogged toilets, stains on sheets. Dirty dishes put away in the cabinets. TERRIBLE property manager who didn’t respond until day before our trip was over. Negative: All of the filth and bug infestation.

Nice Venice Home Positive: The home was very nice. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We didn't cook any meals during our quick stay, but in looking through the kitchen I can't imagine it was lacking anything you would possibly need. Plenty of room for everyone! Could easily sleep 10, and the beds were comfortable enough. The pool was very nice and we had fun playing water basketball! We didn't get to go the beach either, but there were beach chairs available for use. Negative: There was a small inconvenience with an unannounced maintenance visit that upset me a bit. But they apologized for the inconvenience and I believe they will schedule more carefully going forward.
