Guests are responsible for providing their own propane tank and cleaning the grill thoroughly after each use. 📍Please note that we provide a starter supply of essential items, including toilet paper, paper towels, linens, towels, basic toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags to help you get settled in. These supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay, and guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need during their visit, including cooking ingredients and laundry supplies. 📍Laundry: A washer and dryer are available at no extra charge. 📍Property Maintenance: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It also receives monthly pest control and quarterly HVAC servicing to ensure your comfort. 📍Cameras: Two external cameras are outside. One in the front and one in the back. 📍Pets: Two pets under 40 pounds are allowed at an additional fee per pet per stay. 📃 Quick House Rules • Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. • No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $500 fee will apply for violations. • Pets are welcome with prior approval. Pet fees and restrictions may apply. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors may incur additional charges. • No parties, events, or large gatherings. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and a $500 fee. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. • Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during their stay. • No underage drinking is permitted on the property. • Please help us keep the home in great condition by avoiding wet towels on beds and removing shoes indoors when possible. • Early check-in and late check-out may be available with prior approval and additional fees.
